Stunning views from all rooms over the sea, harbour and Abbey are complemented by the guesthouse's Georgian comfort and spaciousness. It is ideally located close to all amenities such as the harbour side and local boat trips, the spa pavilion and theatre, which hosts many of the towns shows and festivals, the local leisure centre with extensive facilities including swimming pool and tennis courts and the main shopping centre. Free on-street parking is available and a large pay and display car parking is located nearby with permits available from the local Tourist Information Centre. All rooms offer TV's, and refreshment trays. Delicious breakfasts cater for special dietary requirements, with vegetarians particularly welcome. There are also beautiful walks in the surrounding countryside, for example, the Cleveland Way National Trail leading to Robin Hoods Bay, with its cobbled paths and picturesque beach. You can also head into the North Yorkshire Moors and visit the famous village of Goathland, which is better know as Aidensfield, the village of ITV's Heartbeat. Check in is after 12 noon and before 21.00, although special requests are considered.
